i decided to make a dress for Jims military Ball this year ( the first dress i have ever made besides a baby dress) I wanted something pretty that would fit my growing body. So i found a great pattern and started to work on it about a month ago. I really wasn't sure how it would turn out or if i would even accomplish what i set out to do. I did do a practice dress out of muslin before tackling this one. I had a good time making it and probably would have finished faster if not for the 4 weeks of sickness in our house ( everyone was on amox) :) Now im looking for my next project ( probably a gamberson for Jim for SCA )
